Do you have a "set-up" charge?


Generally we do not charge for setting up, but please see section below on minimum order charges.

Do you have a minimum order quantity or charge?


Our minimum order charge is £50. This is our "per job" charge which is our charge for processing a quantity of parts at one time.

Do you offer credit facilities?


We generally ask new customers for payment with order but we can consider credit facilities for bona fide trade customers with a proven trading record. Please contact our accounts department for more information.

Where can you ship to?


Pretty much anywhere in the world (DPD and UPS are our primary couriers). We may ask you to provide commercial invoices to satisfy customs regulations for certain destinations.

Can you barcode finished goods before shipping?


We provide this service as standard, even on sample shipments. All inner and outer packaging is labelled according to EIA-556-B guidelines. If you have any special requirements please ask and we will do our best to accommodate them.

What ink colours do you offer for ink marking programmed devices?


Brown, Red, Orange, (Yellow), Green, Blue, Light Blue, Purple, Pink, (White), Copper, Silver, Gold. Colours in brackets are NOT recommended for new jobs as they have extended drying times and can cause less uniform results.

What type of parts can you Laser Mark?


Our new lasers can mark pretty much any type of device. Just email us your part number and/or package style (e.g. TSOP48) for confirmation.


What is your policy on samples?


We firmly believe that comprehensive testing of a sample programmed device is the best possible method to identify any misunderstanding or mistakes by either customer or supplier. To this end we are pleased to program sample devices (maximum 10) entirely free of charge to UK customers. Overseas customers may be asked to pay carriage costs only. Where re-sampling is necessary we may ask you to pay a nominal fee (unless we have made an error). Devices used for samples must be provided by you unless otherwise agreed.

My subcontractor is outside the UK. Can you ship overseas?


Lewmax parent company Transonics PLC, has offices and warehouse facilities in Europe and Asia. With our logistic solutions we are shipping programmed devices  competitively  to customers in Europe and Asia.
